Welcome to Guestlist. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Guestlist’s website. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Guestlist provides an online platform to facilitate restaurant reservations. All bookings are subject to restaurant availability and individual venue policies. Any fees or charges displayed during the reservation process are binding upon confirmation. By completing a booking, you authorize Guestlist and its payment partners to process payments on your behalf, when applicable.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Guestlist collects and processes your personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Guestlist provides the Service “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or availability of any particular venue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guestlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
