Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how reservations and cancellations are handled on Guestlist. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservation Confirmation

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email or in-app notification containing your booking details. Please review your reservation carefully to ensure accuracy.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Guests can cancel their reservation directly through the Guestlist app or website. Cancellation terms depend on the specific restaurant’s policy. Some venues may require a minimum notice period to avoid a late cancellation fee.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for your reservation without prior cancellation may result in charges or account restrictions. Repeated no-shows can lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges.

4. Cancellation by Restaurant

Restaurants reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, Guestlist will notify you as soon as possible and assist in finding an alternative reservation.

5. Refunds

If a cancellation fee was charged and a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
